Terms of Payment

1. 50% of the production cost to be paid upon confirmation of project

2. All remaning balance to be paid before data delivery.

3. In the event of the job being cancelled the 50% advanced payment is non refundable.

4. This quotation is vaild for 7 days.

Not included in this quotations are

1. Additional shoot day or weather day contingency

2.Broadcast on any mass medium besides: specified in the budget.

3.Broadcast outside of country menthioned on cover sheet

4. All cinema production, Kine, print, dolby mix etc

5. Additional cost incurred due to change of brief or storyboard

6. Client to provide product at no charge

7. Celebrity and their party's travel, accommodation & perdiems

Orange Fish Pty Ltd Trading as Filmtrees Production and David Photography provides the buyer a choice to make special payment terms if requested prior. Invoiced amount has to be cleared before any data/image delivery. Upon completion of the transaction, we do spend funds on crew, labour, and other resources to make the project move forward. If you have any issues we are happy to try our very best to rectify the issue. No cancellations or refunds are given under any circumstances. No chargeback from card transactions is allowed due to the nature of the service. Once payment is made we consider you agree with our terms and conditions. Props, Wardrobe and Set Materials will remain the property of Orange Fish Pty Ltd save and except those supplied by Agency or Foreign Production Company as agreed.

All materials including rushes will be used only as contracted period from the date

of first broadcast (in whichever medium) or the date of first completion, whichever is earlier.

There will be an additional handling fee and talent loading charge beyond contracted period as well as for overseas broadcast. Purchase Order or signed copy of this estimate will serve as job confirmation and an agreement of the terms and conditions

stipulated in this cost estimate.

Conditions of Agreement

The Client warrants and undertakes not to enter into any direct contractual arrangements with any talent for the purpose of this Agreement or the Work unless agreed otherwise by Orange Fish Pty Ltd In the event that the talent is contracted by the Agency / Client directly, the Agency / Client shall indemnify Orange Fish Pty Ltd for any cost, expense or loss suffered by non-‐performance, negligence, delays of talent, non-­‐appearance o any claims made by the talent.

Unless otherwise agreed, filming must commence within 14 days here of. Orange Fish Pty Ltd reserves the right to adjust the production fee in accordance with any additional cost and expense or loss of profit incurred due to delay and International Currency Fluctuations. Orange Fish Pty Ltd

reserves the right to cancel this Agreement if the delay has caused or will cause significant

financial burden or economic loss.
